We are looking for an entrepreneurial therapist to join the Sit With Us team! If you’ve ever dreamed of working in private practice, without having to actually set up all the systems by yourself, and be part of a supportive community, this is the place for you!
For the self-motivated, high achieving provider, this role is designed to give you full autonomy as an independent practitioner while working as part of a team! Set your own hours (subject to space availability), and work when it works for you.

What We Offer
Compensation:
The initial agreement is a 60/40 revenue share model with 60% of billings to the clinician and 40% of billings to business overhead. Further opportunities for advanced earnings are available over time with our Private Practice Pathway.
Scheduling & Vacation:
This role has a flexible working arrangement. Work as many hours per week as you wish, and take as many unpaid vacation days as you wish, so long as you are maintaining an agreed upon minimum monthly billings per month.

Amplify your reach: Marketing support, including Psychology Today profile management, Google Ads, and community collaborations, helps you connect with more clients and grow your impact.
Grow With Us
Conduct new client consultations: Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs and guide them through the intake process.
Provide evidence-based treatment: Support clients using professional, research-informed therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual.
Facilitate virtual appointments: Run secure online sessions when needed, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.
Manage client appointments: Mark sessions as arrived, cancelled, or no-show, and coordinate return visit scheduling.
Maintain accurate chart notes: Keep complete, confidential, and organized records for each client session.
Ensure a professional remote workspace: Maintain a confidential, distraction-free environment with reliable technology and internet access.
Maintain professional credentials: Keep registration, liability insurance, and other regulatory requirements up to date.
Develop additional resources: Opportunities to create worksheets, workshops, courses, and marketing materials under the Sit With Us umbrella, aligned with your professional strengths and interests.
Duties & Responsibilities
Master’s degree required: In Counselling, Social Work, or an equivalent field.
Professional registration: Registration with BCACC, ACCT, or a similar regulatory body.
Liability insurance: Ability to obtain and maintain professional and commercial liability insurance.
Digital proficiency: Skilled with Google Suite, digital communication tools, and client management software.
Data-informed practice: Experienced in utilizing and tracking performance metrics to enhance client satisfaction and caseload growth.
Self-motivation & adaptability: Able to prioritize responsibilities and adjust to the ebb and flow of daily work.
