Art Therapy Workshops
Professional Development & Community Workshops

Why Mental Health Belongs at Work
Mental Wellness is a Business Strategy
Stress, burnout, and interpersonal tension don’t stay at home when your team logs in. They show up in meetings, deadlines, and performance reviews. Integrating therapeutic tools into your professional development offerings helps create a workplace where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow together.
Wellness in the workplace counselling is ideal for:
HR leaders looking to prevent burnout and high turnover
Founders and executives navigating team dynamics or scaling with intention
Managers building emotionally intelligent leadership skills
Teams struggling with communication, conflict, or cohesion
Organizations committed to building a mentally healthy workplace
When therapy becomes part of professional growth, teams gain more than productivity:
Reduced stress and burnout
Healthier communication and emotional regulation
Increased trust and psychological safety
Conflict resolution and boundary-setting tools
Leadership support through times of change
Group Art Therapy Workshops
If you are looking for a creative way to bring people together, support community or team building, or think outside the box for your next event, consider a therapeutic art making workshop!
These sessions can be tailored to support a wide range of folks, from children and teens, to adults and elderly folks. We have experience in supporting small/intimate groups, special populations, and large workplace organizations. This a great way for your team or group to get to know one another better, as well as find a deeper connection to themselves in the process.
Our facilitators provide guidance to support individuals to express themselves creatively through the art making process. No artistic skills required!
The art therapist facilitates grounding, discussions and reflections on the artwork created during the session. This may involve exploring the symbolism, emotions, and personal insights conveyed through the art, as well as connections to broader themes or experiences.
