People often seek therapy during times when life feels heavier than usual and they want to feel more like themselves again. Many clients come to therapy feeling stuck, overwhelmed by decision fatigue, or unsure how to move forward with confidence - particularly in school, work, or relationships. I support postsecondary students and young adults navigating anxiety, attachment concerns, relationship challenges, neurodivergence, and major life transitions.
My aim is to help you move toward your goals in ways that feel grounded in your values. I believe you are the expert in your own experience, and I am here to walk alongside you in your therapeutic journey. Therapy can feel like a coming home to yourself - a space to reconnect with who you truly are and what you want from life. My style is warm, collaborative, and direct, with a sprinkling of humour and levity when appropriate
My primary therapeutic approach is Internal Family Systems (IFS)/parts work, grounded in a trauma-informed framework. These approaches help build insight, strengthen communication (both internally and with others), and make sense of how lived experiences and identity shape one’s inner world. I also integrate talk therapy and narrative therapy to support deeper understanding and meaningful change.
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. If you’re interested in learning more about my approach, I invite you to book a complimentary 20-minute consultation.
