Art Therapist - RTC

Accepting new clients.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, finding yourself repeating patterns that don’t feel good anymore, or carrying the weight of expectations from family, culture, or relationships? I work with teens (13+) and adults who are navigating identity, anxiety, life transitions, and the pressure of trying to hold everything together.

Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, self-aware individuals who feel misunderstood, out of place, or like they’ve been carrying a lot on their own. Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to explain or justify your experiences. Instead, we can slow down together and explore what’s been weighing on you.

As a first-generation Canadian with Indo-Fijian heritage, I understand the complexity of balancing cultural values, family expectations, and your own sense of identity. My intention is to create a culturally responsive space where you feel seen, understood, and supported.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and centred around your life experiences. I offer both talk therapy and art therapy, using creative expression as another way to access thoughts and emotions that can sometimes be difficult to put into words. You don’t need to be “artistic” to benefit from this process, art can simply be a way to explore your inner world with curiosity and care.

Together, we can explore patterns, build emotional awareness, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been overlooked or stretched thin for too long.

If you’re ready to begin this work, I would be honoured to walk alongside you

I am a member in good standing with The Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists (ACCT) and I am bound by their rules and code of ethics.
